Insurance Plans

We accept many different insurance plans. Whenever possible we will file claims on your behalf for covered services.

Financial Information

All co-payments are due at the time of service. Additionally, if a service has been run through your insurance provider in advance to determine the covered amount, you will be responsible for paying deductible and non-covered amounts at the time of service.

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
